DeshiCommerce Refund Policy
At DeshiCommerce, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity regarding eligibility and the process.
1. Standard Refund Window
- Customers may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchasing any subscription package.
- Refund requests must be sent formally via email to support@deshicommerce.com, using the same email address used to create the store.
- The email must include proof of payment (e.g., transaction ID, receipt screenshot).
- Requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Offers and Promotions
- All packages purchased under any promotional offer or discounted rate are strictly non-refundable.
3. Scope of Refund
- Only the subscription fee is refundable (if the customer requests a refund within the valid time window and the purchase was not part of an Offer).
- Add-on services such as SMS packages, third-party integrations, or special setups are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Processing Time
- Once a valid refund request is received, processing will begin within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
