- Login to your DeshiCommerce Merchant Panel and go to Orders menu to open the existing order’s list. Once a customer places an order in your e-commerce store that order will be recorded here.
- You can sort orders by status such as Unpaid, Not Delivered, Open (Unpaid or Not Delivered) and closed (Paid and Delivered).
- Click on the Order id of the Order you wish to fulfill.
4. Next you can deliver it manually yourself or via a Ship via Partner such as redex. In case you choose to ship via a partner any information you add in this panel will be automatically sent to your delivery service provider’s account.
5. Once the order is delivered to the customer, Click on the MARK AS DELIVERED button.
6. Enter the details of the order such as the quantity, shipping courier, and tracking information.
7. Click on the SHIP ITEMS button to confirm delivery.
8. If the customer did not make any advance payment you can, click on the MARK AS PAID button once you have received your payment.
9. Enter the received amount and click on the “SAVE” button to confirm “Paid” status.
