Return, Refund and Exchange

  1. Login to your DeshiCommerce Merchant Panel and go to Orders menu to open the existing order’s list.
  2. Click on the Order id of the Order you wish to return or refund. The order must be recorded as “Delivered” to enable return option. The payment status must be “Paid” to enable the refund option.

Order Return

 3. Once inside the order details page, please click on the return

4. Insert the number of which items you want to return. For example you may want to return only one item “Product 3” from the order. In that case put 1. 

5. You can also state your reason for return such as “Wrong size”. 

6. Finally click on the RETURN button and confirm return by clicking on Yes the button

Order Refund

Click on the Order id of the Order you wish to refund. The order must be recorded as “Delivered” to enable return option. The payment status must be “Paid” to enable the refund option. Once inside the order details page, please click on the Refund button.

7. Once inside the order details page, please click on the Refund.

8. Insert the number of which items you want to refund. For example you may want to refund for only one item “Product 3” from the order. In that case put 1 and click on the Return button. 

9. Enter the amount you want to refund. The refund amount can not exceed the total order price.

10. You can also refund any shipping amount if you wish to but the shipping cost refund amount can not exceed the total shipping cost. 

11. You can also state your reason for return such as “Wrong size”. 

12. Finally click on the REFUND button and confirm refund by clicking on Yes the button

Order Exchange

Click on the Order id of the Order you wish to exchange. The order must be recorded as “Delivered” and “Paid” to enable the exchange option.

13. Once inside the order details page, please click on the Exchange button.

14. Insert the number of which items you want to refund. For example you may want to exchange for only one item “Product 5 Blue” from the order. In that case put 1. 

15. Next click on the Browse button to add the product you wish to deliver instead. For example we have selected “Product 5 RED”. 

16. You may add a reason for exchange. For example wrong color

17. You may also apply a discount and shipping charge for this exchange.

18. Finally click on the EXCHANGE button and confirm the exchange by clicking on Yes the button.
